August 20, 2005: Some Practice Exams:

I am learning the PHP scripting language and decided to do some online exams today to see how I'm going. Its a bit hard to know because its entirely a self motivated effort and I don't have anything to guage myself on. Anyway I tried one at www.hudzilla.org and only got 20 out of 40....not very good. Then I tried one at www.expertrating.com and did a little better, 23 out of 40. Obviously I have a lot more learning to do on this subject. The good point however was that when I passed the second test I became a Expert Rating Certified Professional (I had to pay for the exam) and am now qualified to show this logo.
