Spiritual Babies!!

Churches everywhere are full of people who are spiritual babies. Of course there's nothing wrong with being a spiritual baby as long as you don't stay in that place forever. We would think it strange if our baby son or daughter never grew up. So what exactly is "growing up" spiritually?
