Yesterday I heard the sad news of a Mt Morgan woman, the mother of 4 children, who was swept to her death in a flash flood. It is a real tragedy. I have offered my support as a school chaplain through the school community.

I Sincerely request prayer for the family of Pauline Grieve, especially for her children, today and in the months and years ahead.

Recently whilst admiring the artistic handiwork of some of my children I couldn’t help but remembering the infamous “Blue Poles” saga. 

This painting which does in fact resemble a childs artwork (abstract art) was purchsed by the Australian Government for close to US $2,000,000.00 in 1973.
